Mail-In Warranty

iCracked Mail-In Repairs warranty covers all parts and labor required to fix the phone. We do not warranty water damage, device's with bent frames or user-induced damage that has happened after the repair was completed and the device received back by the customer. If the mail-in repairs department runs into a problem that was not listed by the customer, they will reach out to the customer directly and explain details and cost before moving forward with the repair. iCracked is not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping but we do insure our labels.
