What if I am missing a part from the kit?

If you are missing a part from a repair kit, please contact Customer Support either by phone (1-877-700-0349 Ext. 0) or email (support@iCracked.com). Please have your order number ready when you contact Customer Support, so they can confirm your order details and shipping information. One of our Customer Support representatives will assist you further in making sure you receive the missing part.
