Your local iTechs have gone through extensive training with the iCracked educational department. They are typically able to handle most hardware repairs excluding serious things such as logic board damage and anything requiring micro-soldering. If you are unsure as to what exactly needs to be done to fix your problem, put in a dispatch so you can speak about the repair with the iTech. Putting in a dispatch does not obligate you to anything, simply allows you to get more information from the person who would be doing the repair. If they are not able to help, they will ask you to contact HQ to speak about your particular problem.
