Because our lifetime warranty only covers iCracked parts and iCracked labor, it does not fully cover do-it-yourself repairs completed with one of our DIY Repair Kits. If you complete a DIY Kit repair and feel the part you have is defective or faulty, please contact customer support. They will ask for more information in order to determine if the part is indeed defective/faulty, and if it is, we will send you a replacement free of charge. If they determine the malfunction you are experiencing is user-error, they will provide you with next steps. Most of the time, we are able to provide a small discount on a replacement part that can be shipped out once it is purchased.
