We want to make sure you are connected with a local iTech as quickly as possible. There are a number of reasons why an iTech may not have contacted you yet. In these situations, if it has been over 24 hours, we would request that you please call our contact line and dial extension 1 to be directly connected with one of the local iTechs in your area. Doing so won't obligate you to anything; it will simply allow you to speak directly with a local iTech about any repair questions you may have. If you are not able to speak with a local iTech, please email dispatch@iCracked.com and one of our support members will assist you further in connecting with an iTech.
